Meeting Surveys
Over the summer and into the fall, we include these surveys below in the newsletters to get feedback on when Den & Pack Meetings should meet.
Overall response data will be shared with Den Leaders but individual family responses are not collected (families are anonymous & even the survey creator doesn’t know who responded).

Popcorn Information
We are starting to receive information about the upcoming fundraising season and what we know for certain has been posted to the Fundraising Information page.
A big change this year is that Council & Trails End rolled out an app in mid-June for management of the whole process. Both parties are really pushing for Units to use this new tool.
We have been taking the training videos and playing around with the new app and there is definitely a learning curve. To help with this, we will set up some parent meet ups in the fall before Show & Sales to go over the app and answer questions.
2019-2020 Dues Information
With the school year just finished, we examined the billing from Council and the Scout Shop and kept our dues level. There are no changes from the 2018-2019 year. Links are below.
Pay 735 – We are now taking online payments!
Dues Info – Updates questions have been posted.
We will still take checks and will have lock boxes available as well as Square & credit card reader for processing dues at meetings and events this fall.

Class B Uniform Ordering – We set up ordering forms for getting 735 Class B uniforms. We still have some apparel on hand from a large custom order a few years ago.
We are also setting up on online store through SquadLocker which should be online in the next couple of days.

Scouting Shops – Online & local shop locations for scout gear.
Adult Leader Training – Training information for Adult Leaders.
Calendars/Schedules – Calendar links for the Pack, Reading (All Units) & Council. We will try to post dent meeting schedules as well for the upcoming year.
Become Part of an Event Planning Group
All of the 735 program & event planning is done by parent volunteers. We have leaders for all our upcoming events but “Many hands does make light work”.
