Pack 735 focuses on family scouting (boys and girls as of fall 2018) and the Aims of Cub Scouting. Siblings are almost always welcome at our activities and parents are always encouraged to stay and participate.
Our scouts mostly from the Joshua Eaton and J.W. Killam elementary schools, and we have programs from Kindergarten to Grade 5. Refer to our Planned Programming and Parent Info pages for more information.
Please note that participation in Reading Public Schools (RPS) is not a requirement to join. Reading Families that home school or go to another private school are always welcome. The units simply try to organize scout placement based on the RPS elementary school zones.
We are “chartered” by the Reading Catholic Community, however all faiths are respected and welcomed, and the Pack operates independent of St. Athanasius Parish.
The Aims of Cub Scouting are character, citizenship, personal fitness, and leadership.
