4/22 Update

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a great break!  Here are the latest on-goings:

Battleship Cove 

Battleship Cove moved back their RVSP date and is Monday, 4/29.  There will be sign up sheets at your Den meetings and please make checks out to 735.

New Council Ring Clearing, Saturday, May 11th @ 8:30AM

We have the town-wide service project coming up to clean up the new council ring location. The plan is to park on Strout Ave near the Compost center, muster at the “Old Council Ring” for a brief ceremony at 8:30, and hike over to the New Council Ring site and set to work. We’ll have a grill team cooking up hot dogs around lunchtime, and hopefully get the fire ring built and lit in short order.

The main reason for the hike is due to the high volume of traffic expected at Wood End School that day. Please join us even if it is just for a little bit. We recognize that the activities calendar is in full spring mode.

Rocket Launch, Saturday, May 18th, 9:00am-12:00pm

Join us & bring friends for another town-wide rocket launch. There will be launch sites, rocket building kits & fun.

Summer Programming Calendar Posted

The preliminary summer programming calendar has been posted.  We are tyring to plan a few really fun events, click here to check it out.

The last update that we are trying to pin down are group hikes in July.
